Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data in
Dot Clash AI (developer: PixelPlay).
Option 1 — Delete instantly inside the app (recommended)
- Open Dot Clash AI.
- Go to the Profile tab (bottom bar).
- Scroll down and tap "Delete Account & Data".
- Confirm on the dialog. Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request by email
- Send an email to
sandeep.jan19@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line "Delete my data".
- Send it from the email address linked to your Google sign-in, or include
your in-game display name so we can locate your data.
We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What data is deleted
On request, we permanently delete:

| Online match data (room codes, moves) | Cleared automatically after each match |
What data is kept
- Coins, XP, and game progress are stored only on your device (not on our
servers). Uninstalling the App removes them — nothing is kept by us.
- Anonymous analytics and crash logs (Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics) are
pseudonymous, not linked to your identity, and are retained per Firebase defaults
(up to 14 months) before being automatically deleted.
